And not only that, the battery we put in is brand new, but when the car stays overnight, in the morning when I go to start it, the starter clicks, but if I connect a second battery in series then the car starts with no problem.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a consultation cost?

Single consultations often consist of multiple calls, because it is very common that an expert asks the mechanic to check/measure something or that he needs some time to analyse the case. The cost is:

199 zł
for a 20 minute consultation
379 zł
for a 40 minute consultation
555 zł/year
yearly subscription with 1h limit

where only the actual call time minutes are counted. In the majority of cases 20 minutes is enough to fully solve one case.

Since very many repair shops use the holine a couple of times a month, and some even everyday, we've created a more appropriate, cheaper solution as a subscription. Calls from frequently calling repair shops usually last 5-10 minutes - they have noticed that they can drastically speed up their work by calling often even with less advanced topics. One of the mechanics put it this way: "When I'm near the car, it is faster to call BETiS to ask for schematic analysis than to go clean my hands, fire up the computer and find and analyse the schematic myself."

Yearly subscription is limited to one hour of call time. After exceeding this time, you can purchase additional hours accordingly to the table below:

505 zł
+1h
454,50 zł/h
+5h

(10% off)
sum for 5h: 2272,50 zł

429,25 zł/h
+10h

(15% off)
sum for 10h: 4292,50 zł

All the amounts are net amounts.
